pre-completion inspection

Pre-Completion Inspection, PCI

This NHQB designed inspection is designed to assure homeowners that the underlying building practices and techniques used during the build conform to NHBC standards and that the construction, services and finish are fit for purpose and are of the quality and function expected.

The inspection considers -

✔Quality of construction,

✔Substructure, floors and drainage,

✔Superstructure (walls, stairs, chimneys, windows etc),

✔The roof,

✔Services and systems,

✔Finishes,

✔External works.

✔Review of the developers plot record.

Please note the developer may require between 7-14 days to arrange a date for the survey to go ahead - we can arrange it on your behalf through our network of developer contacts.

If you don't have a confirmed date with your developer, use the book a surveyor option and secure one of our team members for a £49.00 booking fee - we'll add the inspection date to everyone's calendar, once confirmed.

✔Our reports are clear, professional and in NHQB format

✔We include a developer meeting to discuss the findings
✔A 30-minute customer briefing is included.
